Shipping policy
Processing:
Orders are fulfilled during the week from Monday through Friday. Orders with destinations within the US are fulfilled within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. Typically orders made before 5 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders with international destinations are fulfilled within 2-3 business days of the purchase date. Note that international orders require more and will take longer to fulfill.
Orders made on a Friday and over the weekend will be shipped out the following week. Note that holidays are observed and will offset the fulfillment time. Any disruptions to operations will be announced on the site and during checkout should longer lead times occur. Orders are shipped from our site in Goleta, California US.
US Domestic Shipping:
Shipping in the US is free for orders over $20! Economy and Express rates for shipping are calculated at checkout. We currently offer express via Priority Mail shipping methods via USPS at this time. If you have trouble getting deliveries to your address with this courier, please contact us for options before placing your order. Note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed by the courier.
For orders over $50 we offer free express shipping! Note that we will use USPS Priority Mail for this method which should get to most places in the US within 1-3 business days.
Orders made in short succession with the same shipping address will be processed as separate orders unless we are contacted otherwise but shipping charges for each order might still occur. Please ensure your order is complete before checkout to save on shipping.
International Shipping:
International shipping to destinations outside of the US is currently offered to countries supported by USPS and UPS shipping methods. We offer a flat rate economy method for international orders. Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout with First Class Package International and UPS Worldwide Saver.

Item Stock:
What you see in stock is what is currently available. That means if you can add the item to cart, you can buy it. We do not offer backorders or pre-orders.
Product batches are manufactured through the week in parallel to fulfillment and are not counted for in inventory until they are processed and added at the end of the week. This means stock is replenished weekly so if an item you wanted was out of stock, visit the following week to see if more are available then.
