Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you received a product that was defective or damaged from manufacturing, please use the Contact Us link with your order number and we will take care of you. Note that this only applies to the original purchaser. Given many of our products are 3D printed, please note the product disclaimers before purchasing to understand quality expectations.


Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges as well as a 10% restocking fee to cover restoring the item into inventory. We may assist in the return process by providing a return shipping label that we will subtract from the refund amount.


Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges of a purchased product for another. Please reference the return policy to return the original product and place a new order for the product you desire instead.


Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing method used for the order. Please note the deductions in the case for a normal return. US-based refunds for a damaged or defective item will not incur the same deductions with return shipping and restocking covered by us. International orders will be handled on a case by case basis given the higher shipping costs.
